How to Get Your Bra Size

1. To find your band size: Wearing an unlined, non-padded bra (not over your clothes!), run the measuring tape all the way around your back where your band sits, being careful to keep the tape level. It should be as snug as possible without digging. If you don't get a whole number (33 and 1/2 inches), round to the nearest whole number (34 inches), and then use the chart below to find your band size. 

Note: Inches do not equal size, meaning 34 inches does not equal a size 34 band.

 

 

2. To find your cup size: “Run the measuring tape around your back, just under your shoulder blades, and up around the fullest part of your bust,” says Iserlis. “The tape should just skim the bra in front.” Then (bra math alert!) subtract your band size from your bust measurement. “The difference in inches corresponds to your cup size.” For example, if your bust measures 37 inches, and your band size (not the exact measurement, but the band size you found above) is 34, the difference will be 3. On the chart below, you'll see a 3 is equal to a C cup, meaning your bra size is 34C.

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be changed or canceled 12 hours after placing them.

Strictly NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND once the order has been processed or shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5- 15 working days.

Exchange and Returns Policy

 

 We do not accept return or exchange of items for clothes, intimate wear, binders, girdles and baby clothes due to hygienic reasons. 

As per DTI wrong size (customer’s fault) and change of mind are not valid reasons to request for return or exchange of items unless the store sent the wrong size or defective items. Please click here for more info.

IN CASE THE STORE SENT THE DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM/SIZE PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING: 

1.The customer should provide proofs (pictures) of defects or the wrong style/color/product that the store sent before requesting an exchange of items.

2. The customer should ensure that the item/s is/are not worn or used, has its original tag and packaging, and is in perfect condition before returning the item/s to the store.

3. The store will pay for the shipping cost for item/s to be returned to the store and item/s to be sent back to the customer for the exchange of the returned items (defective/ wrong product), proving that it is the store’s negligence.
We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your return packages for extra security.

4. Item/s that is/are subject to replacement must be sent back to the store within 7 days. The item/s must be in perfect condition, complete with a tag, and wrapped in its original packaging. The customer must send the tracking numbers or courier’s receipt once the item/s is/are shipped out.
Please be reminded that not shipping the item within the given time frame means that the store is not liable for the said item/s whether the store is at fault or not.

5. The store has the right to deny the request for exchange of item/s or request for replacement if proven that the item/s is/are not in perfect condition when sent back to the store, whether it is the customer’s fault or the courier’s.

6. Once the return is received and inspected, the store will send an email to notify the customer that they have received the returned item. The store will also inform the customer thru email about the approval or rejection of the exchange request.
If approved, the exchange of item will be processed right away, and shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address.

Brassiere Care Instructions

1. Take out any removable padding and unfasten any buttons before washing.

2. For wash hand only garments, wash separately in cold water with a mild

detergent and rinse with clean and cold water.

3.Spin dry to remove excess water.

4. Hang inside- out in the shade to dry.

5. Some colors are not colourfast, wash with one tablespoon of salt.

6. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or wash with towels.

7. If the garment is machine washable, wash inside out in a garment

bag on a gentle cold machine wash using  mild detergent with similar colors.

8. Do not soak or leave wet.

9. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry- clean.

10. Avoid rough surfaces and heat- particularly for garments with shiny

and reflective prints or delicate trims.
